| Freedom Riders is a program of therapeutic horseback riding for children and adults with special needs. Riders are grouped by age and ability into small classes where individual goals can be successfully met. Classes include horse care skills, stretching and coordination exercises, riding skills and games. Safety Equipment is used at all times. |

Our trained and experienced staff combine the expertise of instructors certified by North American Riding for the Handicapped (NARHA), and a specialist in developmental disabilities. All aspects of the program are overseen be a program coordinator and governed by a board of directors, comprised of professionals, parents, volunteers and other concerned citizens. |
| We are very fortunate to have the wonderful facilities on Route 1 in Warren, ME for our use. There is a large barn with an indoor arena, four stalls, a tack room, two enclosed viewing rooms, outdoor mounting blocks, corrals and trails. The physical address is 1079 Atlantic Highway, Warren, ME 04864. |
